Primary Project Management was established by Martin O’Halloran to provide support to GP’s and developers that are interested in developing Primary Care Centres. Martin has worked on the development of Primary Care Centres (PCC) since 2006, and was a key member of the team that delivered the Mallow Primary Healthcare Centre (MPHC), which was the first PCC in the country to be fully signed up by the HSE. MPHC became operational in May 2010 and was officially opened by Dr James Reilly on 29th April 2011.

Prior to becoming involved in the development of Primary Care Centres Martin worked as a senior project manager for the Project Management Group (PM) in Cork. Martin joined PM in 2002 and during his years there he looked after major projects including the 4,000 sq m PM Headquarters in Cork, which was opened in 2003 and the €45m Brookfield Health Science development for UCC which was completed in 2005.

During his time with PM Martin also led projects for a number of key clients including DePuy Ireland Ltd,  Alza Ireland Ltd/Cordis ltd , Apple Computers Ltd, Merck, Sharpe & Dohme Ltd and Pfizer Ireland Pharmaceuticals.

Martin is a graduate of University College Cork, where he was conferred with an honours degree in Engineering.
